I am passionate about business as a force for good and innovation. Born in the Soviet Union to an inventor-entrepreneur father, I set-up my first venture at the age of 17. My family emigrated to Spain in the 90s, after which my entrepreneur gene took me around the world to the UK, Singapore, Mongolia, Thailand and Guernsey, working for blue-chip technology giants, advising and investing in startups and starting my own ventures. I met my husband Geoff climbing Mt Kilimanjaro for charity. Raising my three small children, reminds me every day of my role as agent of change focusing on empowering women and facilitating positive innovation and transformation in business and mindset.
