I feel privileged that I have been able to spend the last 30+ years immersed in music and I am still motivated to continue progressing and sharing this deep rooted passion for music with others. I feel utter joy when I hear extracts from a favourite piece by Mozart and I’m sure that others can relate to this when they listen to a composer or artist that they love. Music can take over when words are not enough and the value of this is not always appreciated by all. After decades of travelling to perform throughout Europe I am now firmly based in Guernsey and enjoy teaching music. I have several projects that I’m working on and am particularly looking forward to working on a piece that I have commissioned for bassoon ensemble that I will be performing with some of my students on Remembrance Sunday 2018 in the UK.
