“If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. We need not wait to see what others do.” Mahatma Gandhi

First and foremost, I am a wife and a mother to two wonderful boys, with a new arrival in the Spring!

My work as a coach is varied and I am fortunate to work in many different contexts with a huge range of different people. My experiences as an educationalist and former teacher have enabled me to support children, families and teachers so that they might begin to thrive. I have also worked in many group contexts with women’s circles, individuals in recovery from breast cancer and elderly residents within our island community.

My close involvement in the Dandelion Foundation from it’s conception has offered so many opportunities to inspire change by connecting our community with international speakers and innovators across a variety of specialisms from Education & Mental Health to Physical Well-being & Technological Innovation.

Finally, I fundamentally believe that the benefits of self-direction and self-empowerment are key for individuals to fulfil their potential and create purposeful lives. Coaching skills are central to this and my voluntary role with the MOE Foundation is to train novice coaches from across all sectors of our community, allowing me to support individuals in being the best that they can be in their lives.
